10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis; class actions, consolidated actions, or representative actions are not permitted. The arbitration will take place in Las Vegas, Nevada, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing. By using the Service, you waive your right to a trial by jury and agree that arbitration shall be the exclusive forum for resolving disputes, except where otherwise prohibited by law.

VistaPro Wealth Management reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision constitutes a material change, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before the new Terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined solely by VistaPro Wealth Management.
